Task Legislation Below there are a number of
different statements or scenarios. Read them,
then decide which act might help and explain how
the act could help them.  1. A family has just
arrived at their destination in Spanish seaside
resort. It said in the broachers that the hotel
was in a secluded and quite district of
Barcelona. However, when reaching their rooms
there was sound of machinery from a construction
site next door to the hotel. Also during the late
evenings a disco could be heard until 1am.   What

and during their discussions with the travel
agent they were told that they would be
guaranteed of snow.   However on reaching the
resort there was no snow and there was nothing in
place to take them to an area where there was
