  sugar, how would you use these to find the
  concentration of the potato cell?
• What information would you collect?
• How would you graph the information?

Information to collect Individual data and class
data

• For each concentration of potato cores you will
• need the following organized into a table
• Initial Mass- for each concentration
• Final Mass
• Mass difference
• Change in Mass
• To calculate percent change in mass (final
  mass-initial mass)/ initial mass. Then multiply
  answer by 100
• Class Average for each
• Plot data
