The distance you shouldbe from the keyboard is
about one hands length
Sit back in your chair
Both feet on the floor
Elbows at 90 angle
Shoulders relaxed

• Hands wrists straight
• Fingers - curl naturally on the home row keys
• A S D F J K L
• Thumbs should rest on the space bar
