of the U.S. and after Pearl Harbor many Americans
thought they were disloyal and helping Japan - The U.S. govt decides to do something very
drastic

Executive Order 9066 in 1942 - This order forced all Japanese-Americans from
their homes and placed in internment camps in the
middle of the U.S.

victory gardens - Also encouraged to buy war bonds to help pay for
