    endurance as you are on your toes in the stirrup.

    should eat/drink

  • Healthy fats

Immune
  • Its very likely to get a disease by a horse, and
    very rarely, but its possible, and sense your
    immune system is your firsts bodys defense
    against, disease, infection, ECT. So thats when
    your immune system kicks in.

Circulatory
  • Horse riding, especially trotting and cantering
    increase circulatory systems therefore it is
    considered to be cardiovascular exercise.

Nervous system
  • The spinal fluid flows through the nervous system
    and stimulates the brain and all of the nerve
    endings of the limbs of the rider.

Respiratory
  • your respiratory system responses by your
    breathing rate increases and you start to breathe
    heavily, this happens because your muscles need
    more oxygen so you breathe deep and quicker so a
    supply of oxygen can get to the muscles, also
    when you finish exercise your breathing rate will
    decrease and start to recover.
