We are going to look at some transformation rules
today

To write the equation for a shift up, you simply
add a to the end of the function.
This means you are adding something to the
function, not the x. This is a shift up a units!
Since I added five to the function and not the x,
I shifted the function up 5!

This means you are subtracting something from
