Figure S3. Local and systemic induced resistance
by P. aphidis. Arabidopsis mutant and WT plants
were sprayed with P. aphidis (108 cells/ml) and
PR1 and PDF1.2 gene expression was monitored 24
h after application (PA) as compared to
untreated plants (-PA) by qRT-PCR in local and
systemic leaves. Relative gene expression was
calculated by the 2-DDct method.
