Smoking

• Smoking affects the environment in a bad way. Its
  pollutes the air with the smoke.
• We can make this better by not smoking or trying
  to cut back on it.
• This is an everyday affect on the environment
  that needs to be changed.

Leaving Heaters On

• In the winter, most people leave their heaters on
  when they leave their homes or if they dont need
  to.
• This is a seasonal affect. It affects the
  environment by wasting electricity and heat.
• This problem can be fixed by turning off your
  heaters when you dont need them, or using
  another source of heat.

Littering

• Litter is bad because it pollutes the earth and
  some of it that doesnt get picked up doesnt go
  away.

• Ways that we can help this are, throwing trash
  away or recycling, start clean-up crews that help
  pick up litter, or people need to just stop
  littering.

Hunting

• Hunting affects the environment because some of
  the animals that make homes there are being
  killed.
• Hunting can be good for your environment too. If
  there are too many of a certain type of animal
  then some of them need to leave.
• Hunting is seasonal. People usually hunt in
  winter, fall, or spring.

• Lights are left on all the time! This is a
  everyday thing for some people.
• This problem need to stop because its wasting
  electricity, money, and nonrenewable resources.
• We can fix this by turning off lights when they
  are not being used.

Planting Trees

• Planting trees is an excellent way to help your
  environment. It makes the area where you live
  look good and trees produce oxygen so it helps
  you too.
• More people should plant trees because it can
  help you and your environment. It helps animals
  such as birds because they make homes in trees.

Construction

• Construction can be good or bad. A positive to
  this is it gives you and your family a place to
  live. A negative is sometime we have to cut down
  trees to make space. Cutting down trees harms
  animals and their wildlife.

Transportation

• Transportation is something that we all do
  everyday. It is very bad for our environment
  though.
• Transportation is a bad thing because the gas
  that we use pollutes the air around you.
• Transportation can be cut down by walking or
  riding a bike instead of driving.

Dams

• Dams are bad and good for the environment.
• Ways that dams are bad are it kills fish and
  animals living where the dams are built.
• Dams are good because they help keep water out of
  certain areas.
