  • A state of emotional and psychological well-being
    in which an individual is able to use his or her
    cognitive and emotional capabilities, function in
    society, and meet the ordinary demands of
    everyday life

  • Its a mix of how you feel, think, and behave
    that makes you different from everyone else.
  • Psychologists have developed theories on how
    personalities are shaped.

  • You are born with characteristics of you
    personality.
  • Intelligence-children have levels of intelligence
    similar to their parents

    they are comfortable with

  • Take responsibility for his/her actions
  • Procrastination-AVOID
  • Blaming-Dont blame other, but dont always blame
    self
  • Anger- Deal with anger constructively
  • Respect- Show respect to get respect

  • What would you like to change about your
    personality (how you treat others, stereotyping
    etc)? What do you think you should change about
    yourself to work towards a healthier mental
    state?
  • What are you proud of?
  • What are your strengths? What are your
    weaknesses?
  • Use at least 4 vocablulary words from the notes
    in this essay. Ex. I would like to become less of
    an introvert
