  • Help plan schedule council programs
  • Help project chairmen
  • Insure preparations for projects are completed in
    a timely manner
  • Keep records make sure forms are filed ASAP but

  • Identify a special or unique project your Council
    is planning or has held in the past
  • Review pages 14-16 Program handout for detailed

  • Appoint one individual to collect all the records
    of the program from the very beginning to the
    final stages

Deputy Grand Knight
  • 2nd in command in the local council
  • Assist the GK in the operation of the council
  • Responsible for duties assigned by GK
  • In absence of the GK, functions as the GK
  • Is on the advisory board of a Squires circle
    sponsored by the council
  • It is suggested DGK trustees serve on the
    councils retention committee
