• A direct object is the word in a sentence that
  receives the action of the verb. It answers the
  questions,
• whom? what?
• Ejemplo
• Luisa is buying the blouse.
• To find the direct object, we ask, What is Lisa
  buying?
• the blouse is the direct object.

• In a sentence, the direct object can be a noun or
  a pronoun.
• Ejemplo
• Luisa is buying the blouse.
• Luisa is buying it.
• Remember that a pronoun replaces a noun.

• When an infinitive follows a conjugated verb,
  the direct object pronoun can be placed before
  the conjugated verb or can be attached to the
  infinitive.
• Ejemplo
