• The home is being attack from various sides
• Homosexual Marriages
• Voting has begun on the Federal Marriage
  Amendment Act to protect traditional marriage.
• Single Parent Homes
• Rising Divorce
• More Cases of Shacking Up
• Absentee Parents
• Undisciplined Children
• Lack of Priorities in the Home
• Multimedia (Television, movies, internet, radio)

Healthy Homes are God Fearing Homes

• Fear God and Keep His Commandments
• (Ecclesiastes 1223)
• Gods commands are not burdensome. (1 John 53)
• They only become burdensome when are eyes are
  taken off the Father.
• Abraham showed his fear of the Lord. (Genesis

• Joseph was a God fearing man. (Genesis 4218)

• God has given you the guidelines to have a home

A Spiritual Health Check-Up

• Does your family spend more time in the Bible or
  in the living room watching TV?
• Does your family attend more to prayer or sports
  events?
• Do your children see the worship services are
  troubling while work is exciting?
• Do your children see more respect for God or for
  your favorite hobby?
• As parents, when is the last time you mentioned
  God?
