  interaction, feedback and connection you have
  with the people youre supporting. You never
  stop learning and there are always fresh
  challenges and opportunities.
• Being out in the community and able to make
  someones day that little more special, seeing
  their happiness, is a great feeling. I wouldnt
  change what I do for anything.
