  • Each group will create a display on how their
    topic has changed over time.
  • Topic 1 How has our world/land changed in the
    last 200 years? (think natural disasters,
    volcanoes, weather)
  • Topic 2. How have you or other people changed in
    your/their lifetime? (think physically and
    socially)
  • Topic 3 How has technology changed over the last
    200 years?
  • Topic 4 How has our country changed in the last
    200 years (compare colony to today)

  • Evolution does not mean Man came from Apes!!!
  • Evolution is a process of gradual and progressive
    change or development.
  • (in other words, evolution is the constant change
    of the world around us.)

How GPS works
  • 24 Satellites orbit the earth.
  • A person has a hand held receiver.
  • The GPS receiver collects the position and time
    of 4 satellites.
  • Do a little math
  • Viola! You have your exact position.
