SERVICE RECOGNITON PAY (1268th BOR, 1 April 2011) Equivalent to 10 days per year of service - Granted to regular full time adm. REPS in the plantilla who will be covered by compulsory retirement at age 65 also those who availed of optional retirement due to severe illness as defined by PhilHealth NONE
