  situation except Nepal and china which shown some
  advance situation.

• Attitude of leadership.
• Solutions training and awareness program for
  leaders and members
• Trade union should adopt and find ways to tackle
  and overcome problems in most smarter way and it
  also responsible for the participants to persuade
  the leaders
• Participant should utilize this valuable course
  input to promote IT in our organization.
