Title: Disclaimer ??: I
1Disclaimer ?? Im always a bit reluctant to send
my Keynote presentations because mine are very
concise. Most presentation experts agree that
the presenter should keep the text to a minimum,
so the audience can listen to what you're saying
(not read) and I agree. Otherwise, the
presenter may as well pass out a detailed handout
and sit down. ?? So there's a good chance you
won't be able to tell what the slide means (at
least to a full extent) if I'm not there to
present it. Some people create their
presentations and essentially read from them or
summarize what's displayed, but I create mine as
a much smaller accompaniment for what I'm
saying. That all said, I'd be happy to visit your
chapter sometime to present in person. Yours in
service, Jeff Nakata

- Warren Bennis Leaders do not avoid, repress, or
deny conflict, but rather see it as an
opportunity. Once everyone has come to see it
that way, they can exchange their combative
posture for a creative stance, because they dont
feel threatened, they feel challenged. - The leader...is rarely the brightest person in
the group. Rather they have extraordinary taste,
which makes them more curators than creators.
They are appreciators of talent and nurturers of
talent, and they have the ability to recognize
valuable ideas. - Anne Morriss Leadership isn't about you. . . .

of your presence and making sure that impact
lasts in your absence. . . .
