Background
  • The National Defense Authorization Act of 2009
    required the EAC to submit a report to Congress
    within 180 days after enactment if EAC has not
    established electronic absentee voting
    guidelines
  • The report outlines a deliberative and iterative
    approach to develop guidelines for electronic
    absentee voting systems
  • This presentation provides a context for current
    and future TGDC UOCAVA activities with respect to
    roadmap found in the report
