  carried forward successfully.

• 1. To provide for the support of the ministry,
• 2. for carrying the work in new fields,
• 3. for protecting both the churches and the
  ministry from unworthy members,
• 4. for holding church property,
• 5. for the publication of the truth through the
  press,
• 6. And for many other objects organization was

• I am glad that we have institutions where our
  youth can be separated from the corrupting
  influences so prevalent in the schools of the
  present day. Our brethren and sisters should be
  thankful that in the providence of God our
  colleges have been established and should stand
  ready to sustain them by their means.
