    materials) taken from detailed analysis by Swales
    Aerospace.
  • UW charges
  • 45.5 for overhead
  • 33 for fringe benefits on labor expenses
  • 0 for capital equipment (optics, electronics)

  • Vigilant oversight as work proceeds
  • For each task, compare degree of completion with
    expended resources red flag for tasks that fall
    off the curve
