- When you multiply a number by 10 you add a 0 to
the end of the number. The number becomes 10
times bigger.

- You can see that a zero is added to the end of
the number. Units move to left, and a zero is
added to the ones place like this

- When you multiply a number by 100 you add two 0s
to the end of the number. The number becomes 100
times bigger.
