What is a mixture?

• ?A mixture is a combination of two or more
  substances that are NOT chemically combined.
• When 2 or more materials are put together, they
  form a mixture, if they do not react and form a
  compound.
• No chemical change happens when a mixture is made.

• ?A solution is a mixture that appears to be a
  single substance. (homogeneous mixture)
• ?Dissolvingprocess where particles spread evenly
  throughout a mixture

• A solute must be soluble, or able to dissolve, in
