  • ALLOWS SHARED DROP-OFF
  • WAYFINDING IMPROVED
  • PARKING IS EVENLY DISTRIBUTED
  • PHASE 1 BUILDING FOOT PRINT IS MAXIMIZED, WHICH
REDUCED CONSTRUCTION COST AND REDUCES ENGERGY
    CONSUMPTION.
  • FOOT PRINT MAXIMIZES ADDITIONAL AVAILABLE LAND
  • PLAYGROUND COULD BE LOCATED BELOW TREES CANOPY AT
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PROPERTY UNTIL FUTURE WORSHIP
    CENTER IS BUILT.

  • THERE IS NOT ADEQUATE SQUARE FOOTAGE AVAILABLE TO
    ACCOMMODATE THE SCHOOLS ACCREDITATION
    PROGRAMMATIC REQUIREMENTS.
  • FOR THAT REASON, IT IS NOT A FEASIBLE OPTION.
  • ADDITIONALLY, REQUIRES A VARIANCE FROM THE
INTERNATIONAL BUILDING COSDE DUE TO LESS THAN
    MINIMAL PROXIMITY TO EXISTING BUILDING.
  • COST OF CONSTRUCTION IS IMPACTED DUE TO PROXIMITY
TO EXISTING BUILDING AND LIMITED WORK AREA.
