  • Java 2D, sprites and sound on mobile platforms

  • 50 Coursework
  • Design, write and demonstrate a game for the
    mobile phone
  • 50 Exam
  • Timetabled for weeks 14 or 15
  • Mainly on the lecture content, though any part of
    the course is fair game (e.g. directed study or
    tutorial work.)

Teaching Pattern
  • Weekly class contact consists of a two hour
    lecture and a two hour tutorial.
  • You should expect to spend twelve additional
    hours a week in independent and directed study.
  • Lectures will support the tutorials, but there
    will be only a weak coupling.

  • The library is busy acquiring / has already
    acquired a few copies of each book.
