- Our bodys and minds reaction to everyday
demands. - Our bodys physical and emotional reaction to
circumstances or events that frighten, irritate,
confuse, endanger, or excite us. - Can be both positive and negative.
7Why is understanding stress important?
- If we better understand the stressors in our
lives then we will better understand how to
appropriately manage them. This is known as
stress management.
