skills who are equally committed to a common
purpose, goals, and working approach for which
they hold themselves mutually accountable.

5- Teams are established to solve some problem or to
accomplish some task -the basis of the team's
mission and Charter. - Guidelines for team behavior and decision-making
are essential - Each team member has a role and responsibility
to play. These should be clearly documented and
understood. - Meetings are not an interruption of work, they
are the team's work. - Teams should take time out for periodic
assessment towards their goals.
