Leszno has the population of 64 thousand
inhabitans and it is one of the most important
towns in the Wielkopolska region. The town has
cultural, business and educational ambitions, it
has a rich history and interesting historical
monuments. Leszno has been visited and admired by
thousands of people, who want to come back here
and who are always welcome in our town. Lets
start your trip on railway station.

In centre of Leszno, you can see many beautiful
tenement houses.There are a lot of small shops
and cafe too. Do you want to see this beautiful
place? You mast go along Dworcowa Street. Then
take the first left, thats Slowianska street, go
straight on this street. Pass one crossroad
and go along pedestrian. Tenement houses are on
the end Slowianska street.

one admires the three-storey town hall with a
conspicuously high tower. You mast go along

fine pulpit. If you want to get to this place you
go as to TownHall. Then turn into Koscielna
Street. The Church is on your left.

Leszno is famous for world-class speedway. Unia
Leszno has won Team Speedway Polish Championship
medals many times Speedway competitions at the
Alfred Smoczyk Stadium attract thousands of
spectators. Don't wast the time take a taxi to
get to Stadium

The most spectacular attraction of Leszno, both
for tourists and locals, is the biggest in Leszno
recreation-swimming centre "Akwawit. There are 6
lanes, 3 water slides, several saunas and
solariums too. Unfortunately Youd better take a
taxi to get to "AKWAWIT.
