Nuts and Bolts - Curriculum
  • Reading "Some people there are who being

State Standards
  • Our curriculum is aligned with the new Common
    Core Standards and the State Standards for
    Social Studies and Science
  • The students are given the opportunities to learn
    each of the standards
  • Assessment will be based on your childs
    progress with the standards and the use of
    rubrics etc.
  • The report card is Standards Based

  • Reading - 30 minutes a day (5 days)

School Tax Credit
  • You can claim 200 per year (400 if married
    filing jointly)
  • Complete form for receipt.
  • Designate that the money be Second Grade
    Extra-curricular activities
  • We will use the money for Field Trips to enhance
    our units of study!!
