Timetable Development Process

• DfT specifies the timetable through franchise
  awarded to the train operator, in Greater London
  TfL has options to request enhancement to
  services
• TfL, and other transport bodies and other
  affected passenger and freight operators are
  consulted on changes
• TOC submits bids and Network Rail consults on
  operability of the base timetable with affected
  parties
• Network Rail undertakes Timetable modelling
• TOC publishes the detailed timetable
