Step 2 Post Projects
Post a project by entering the job title, skills,
rate, duration, start date, and location. Once
a project is submitted, it is instantly matched
against our database of contractors. Matching
contractors are sent an email inviting them to
make a bid.

Step 3 View Bids
When a contractor bids on one of your projects,
you receive an email, and the bid is displayed on
your Project Matches page. You can view the bid
and the contractors skills and resume, then
select the action you wish to take.

Step 4 Manage Projects
View the details of any of your posted projects
by clicking the project name on the Project
Matches page. You can edit the project listing,
place the listing on hold, or delete a project
that is no longer active.

Step 5 Search and Invite
If none of the bids interest you, you can search
for a contractor by job title and skill set.
From the results page, view the contractors
skills and resumes and match them with a project.
Brainpower will send them email inviting them to
bid. Try searching now!

Step 6 Interview and Offer
From your Project Matches page, you can schedule
an interview with any contractor who has sent you
a bid. Enter the date, time, and type of
interview, and an email will be sent requesting
the meeting. When youre ready to make an offer,
just fill out another simple form. The
contractor will be notified of your offer via
email.

Step 7 Hire!
When youre ready to hire, just fill out this
final form. The contractor will be notified via
email and asked to confirm the start date and
time. Brainpower takes care of details like
payroll, taxes, and even benefits - so you dont
have to!
