3To access Log onto WeichertOne.com (if this is
your first visit, you must click on Click Here
to Sign Up on the home page before you type
anything). Click on Call List.
4- The Call List main screen shows 3 ways to do a
search - By State and City
- By State, City and Street (probably the most
useful!) - By State and homeowners last name
5Or, select the next tab called National Do Not
Call List and search by phone number via the
National Do Not Call List.
6- From the Forms tab, other features are
available - Click and print a fill-in-the-blank page to
document a request not to be called (for
Associate use) - Click to electronically add a name to the
Weichert Do Not Call database (For Processing
Manager use) -

7Lets get ready for some neighborhood
calls! Click on State/City/Street, and type in
the desired neighborhood (in this example,
Ashbee Lane in Ridgefield note that we do not
need to enter the Lane portion of the
address!). You can search for the names and
numbers you CAN call for more than one street at
a time! Click on Search
8 and see the people on Ashbee Lane in Ridgefield
who you CAN call to solicit. Remember, this is
the DO call list. Names that are NOT displayed
may not be called due to registering with either
the National Do Not Call registry, their state,
or specifically with Weichert, Realtors.
Every search comes with the ability to print your
results or export them to Excel. Click on any tab
to search in a different manner.
9Now lets determine if a particular person may be
called by a Weichert agent. Click on,
State/LastName, select CT from a drop-down
menu, and type the last name Randolph. Click on
Search.
10 and everyone with the last name of Randolph
in the state of CT is displayed alphabetically.
These are people you CAN call.
11Now search in a different way. Click on the
State/City tab. When selecting CT from the
State drop-down menu, then selecting Ridgefield
in the City drop-down menu and clicking Search.
NEW! Now you can also search by zip code.
12everyone from Ridgefield, CT on the DO Call List
who you can call appears alphabetically on the
screen. Use the page navigation at the bottom
of the screen to move between pages.
13Lets search a different way. Select the
National Do Not Call List tab, and type in the
complete 10 digit telephone number. This agent
is searching for 201-200-0034. Click on Search
14and this number has been registered with either
the National Do Not Call Registry, State Lists,
or directly with Weichert Realtors. You may NOT
call this number.
NEW! You can now see who this number is
restricted by!
15Names can be added to the Weichert database from
your office. If sales associates make prospecting
calls and the homeowner requests that Weichert
never call them again, we must honor their
request. To do this Click on Forms tab. From
here, click on Request to add a name form.
Print the form, legibly write the information,
and give the paper to your processing
manager. Processing managers will then click on
Electronic entry of new name.
16 provide ALL of the homeowners information on
this form. Once the Processing Manager,
electronically inputs this data, the homeowners
information will be removed from the Weichert DO
Call List within a few Remember, you are only
entering this homeowners name into the
Weichert-specific list. If the homeowner wants
their name on the National register, they must
contact www.donotcall.gov themselves.
