Title: Adaptation
1Interdependence and Adaptation
2In this topic we will learn more about
how..
3Different animals and plants are found in
different habitats.
Animals and plants are suited to their
environment.
Animals need food to grow and be healthy.
Plants need light, warmth, air and water to grow
well.
4- Different plants and animals are found in
different habitats and they have had to adapt
(change) in order to survive in their habitat.
Some plants and animals live in very cold places
whereas others live in very hot, humid places.
5YOUR TASK!!
- Compile a mindmap containing as many different
habitats as you can think of. - For each habitat, name a plant or animal that you
would find in that habitat.
