• Formed in 2003
• By-laws formerly adopted in 2005
• Cooperative effort of numerous organizations in
  Pierce County
• PCAHIMT is a Type 3 Team
• Formal Adoption of a Team Guide/Handbook in 2012

• Team members are expected to be able to deploy
  for 72-hours if needed.
• Team members agency covers the cost of the team
  member deployment for the initial 72-hour period.

• Team members come from all ranks, disciplines,
  and backgrounds.
• Team member cooperation is a key to success on
  the team
