- Choose one target person
- Collect recipes
- Each student submit 5 recipes (Ingredients,
amount, method)
- Write down your name, class and class no on all
recipes

- Dish analysis
- Choose THREE recipes for your three-course meal
- Discuss with your group mates and submit the
finalized recipes (English) of the three course
meal for your practical lesson.
- Each group please prepare a folder
- Write down your class, all the group members
name and class number on a piece of paper. Stick
on the folder cover. - Submit the finalized recipes (English) of the
three course meal for your practical lesson - All materials in stage 1 should be in the folder
as well
28Stage 3
- Prepare a time plan for your practical lesson
- Make amendment of your recipes
- Discuss with your group mates and plan for the
practical lesson - Complete the time plan and write down clearly the
person in charge
Submit your meal plan next cycle in HE Lesson

- Prepare ingredients and cook
- Prepare ingredients
- Your food container should be big enough to
contain all dishes - Design a menu
- Put all ingredients in the Cookery Room in the
morning before the morning assembly - Set table before the lesson
- Think of the making some garnish on your dish
- Make sure all sink, stove and cupboard are clean
and dry when you finish cooking
