Repair procedure Samsung

• Make a RMA request on b2bhelpdesk_at_samsung.nl or
  call the Samsung B2B helpdesk 0800-3909900 and
  the Samsung will give you a RMA tracking number
  of your service request for repairing the unit
• 2. You will receive an e-mail from the Samsung
  repair partner (Comserve) including an UPS pick
  up label and RMA tracking number.
• 3. Call UPS to make an appointment for the pick
  up of the unit
