Our Mission
  • The SOAR Foundation, a non-profit, charitable
    organization created in 1995 is dedicated to
    provide educational opportunities for the
    impoverished but deserving children in rural
    China and in Taiwan to acquire, at the very
    least, a high school level of education.

In ten years, SOAR has passed
its message to thousands of people
The donation has grown from 0 to 300,000 a year.

than four thousand students.

    brother. SOAR helped Yang to go to school, but
    his brother had to go cow tending.
