3. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS

  are developed and published since 2003 as part of
  capital accounts
• Experimental estimates of financial and
  non-financial balance sheets are implemented in
  the current year.

4. QUARTERLY ACCOUNTS

• Estimates of GDP at current and constant prices
  (chain-linking seasonal adjustment).

• In the current year, estimates and publication of
