- 12 or 24 hours
- 2-4 hours for hazardous materials incidents
- Multiple days for relatively stable situations
like debris removal form building collapses or
landslides - May coincide with Shift Change

Section. - Consistent with Management priorities and
direction. - Should be measurable and achievable by the end of
the Operational Period
