- a. No Service Charge is applicable for -
- 1 Changing of Antenna (Model-RD2030,RD7230,RD6000,
DM150,Dm160 and FWT/FWP) - 2 Changing of Battery, Charger, Car charger,
Adaptor Head phone. - b. Labor charges are applicable as follows,
- Rs.50/- will be charged for providing estimate (
O/W Sets). - Rs.75/- will be charged for opening Lock Code in
I/W O/W sets Software up gradation for all
basic models up to VGA camera models for O/W
sets. - Rs.100/- will be charged from 1.3MP to less
than 5 MP camera handset for opening Lock Code
(I/W O/W) Software upgradation for O/W sets - Rs.150/- will be charged from 5MP Camera handset
onwards for opening Lock Code (I/W O/W)
Software upgradation for O/W sets - Rs.150/- will be charged for Out of Warranty
services for B category models (Details in
Annexure). - RS.250/- will be charged for Out of Warranty
Services for A category models (Details in
Annexure ). - Warranty on Repeat case and Part sale.
- Repair Warranty on repeat case
- Three months from the Repair Date for which
Customer has paid. - Same Part No Charges within 3 Months
from the date of Chargeable Repair. - Other Parts Chargeable.
- Labor Charges No labor/service charges within 3
Months from the date of Chargeable Repair. - Warranty on Part sale - Six (6) months on
accessories (Battery, Charger, Hands free, Data
Cable and Car kit) Three months warranty for
the other parts (Mic, Speaker, LCD, Vib Motor,
Flex Cable PCB , Slider Mech, Camera , Dome
assembly, Charging head phone jack Main
PCB) - Note- Service Tax will be charged as applicable,
for the above labor charges.If you have made any
payment, Please collect the receipt for the same
from the service centre. In case the phone is
locked, Try entering the default lock code 0000
before handing over to service centre.

5Non Coverage of Warranty The Consumer shall have
no coverage or benefits under this warranty in
the event that any of the following conditions
are applicable (a) The Product has been subject
to abnormal use or conditions, improper storage,
exposure to excessive moisture or dampness,
exposure to excessive temperatures, unauthorized
modifications, unauthorized repair (including but
not limited to use of unauthorized spare parts in
repairs), abuse, accident, Acts of God, spills of
food or liquids, improper installation and
breakage or damage to antennae. (b) ASC has not
been notified by the customer of the defects or
deficiencies of the product during the applicable
Warranty period. (c) The Product serial number
code or the accessory date code has been removed,
defaced or altered. (d) The Product has been
used with or connected to an accessory (i) not
supplied by LGEIL (ii) not fit for use with the
Product or (iii) used otherwise than in the
manner intended. (e) The Products battery has
been used in equipment other than that for which
it has been specified usable by LGEIL. (f) All
plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed
parts that are scratched or damages due to
customer use. (d) Breakage or damage to antenna
unless caused by defects in material or
workmanship.
6- Warranty on part Sale
- Six (6) months on accessories (Battery, Charger,
Hands free, Data Cable and Car kit) - Documents to be given to the customer for
warranty proof - Sale Bill /Cash Memo.
- Screen Shot (Print Out) of the SPX (Original
Purchase) showing Part No and the Serial No - Note Customer will get the part sale warranty
all over India against the above documents. - Documents to be collected from the Customer for
part sale warranty - Photo copy of sale Bill/Cash Memo.
- Photo copy of Screen Shot (Print Out) of the SPX
(Original Purchase) showing Part No and the
Serial No - Documents to be sent to the Warehouse for part
