3Presentation Topics
4NeoCon Worlds Trade Fair Designing Green in a
Brown World In June of 2008, I spoke to a
standing room only crowd of my peers hungry to
learn about green design what is it, what are
the benefits, and what are some resources for me
and my clients these questions and more are
answered in this presentation. Ive given this
presentation tailored for trade or consumer
audiences at several other groups and venues
including Kiwanis Club, American Society of
Interior Designers Illinois Northwest Peer Group,
and at multiple libraries.
5Rainbow Hospice 2009 Living Green in a Brown
World Not every group wants the interior design
perspective, so this alternative eco-friendly
presentation is geared towards green living.
What is green living and how does it affect our
health, the environment, and the economy?
Excellent for corporate meetings to get your
employees excited about improving the way they
live and work.
6As Featured in Time Out Chicago Color My
World This is a hands-on presentation perfect
for open-houses or small groups. Learn about
color how to choose colors, mixing and matching
colors and patterns, and determining the right
colors for you. I can also provide individual
color readings with take-aways so that attendees
can gain from professional color advice based on
their skin tone, hair color, and eye color.
7Midwest Home and Design Show How to Identify
Quality in Fixtures and Furnishings At this
large home show at the Rosemont Convention Center
in Rosemont, Illinois, I spoke immediately after
an HGTV star about quality. This technical
presentation for analytical audiences is
important because it educates consumers on what
they are purchasing and how to identify if the
quality matches the price. Ive also given this
presentation at several womens groups in the
Chicago area.
