TEST KITS containing most of the objects needed
to administer the assessment at specific grade
and levels of the assessment

14 Kits of Objects
  • Different kits by subject, grade, and difficulty
    level
  • Math 3/4A, 5/6A, 7/8A, 11A
  • Math 3/4B, 5/6B, 7/8B, 11B
  • Math 3/4C, 5/6C, 7/8C, 11C
  • Reading 3/4A, 5/6A 8,500 kits packaged
  • Each packaged separately, boxed, labeled
  • Mailed directly to schools in District run
    program
  • Mailed to Assessment Coordinators for IU and
    Charter School programs for distribution to
    teachers

Assessment Kits
  • Each school will have (at least) one Kit for
    every grade and level pre-assigned to students in
    that school.
  • In IU programs, approved private schools
  • 1 Kit for every 5-6 teachers administering that
    grade and level of PASA

  • Create a label and affix it to the second video
    (or DVD or cassette) with the same information
    that is on the preprinted label (students name,
    student identification number, and the name of
    the service provider).
  • Write 1 of 2 on the first label and 2 of 2 on the
    second label.

  • If student performance was recorded with
    narrative notes
  • Make sure notes can be read
  • Affix the preprinted student label to the first
    page of the narrative notes
  • Verify that there are notes for both the Reading
    and Math tests or for the Science test, and that
    the content area is clearly indicated, and staple
    together all the narrative notes.
