more climate-friendly and less energy-consuming.
By 2050, Europe could cut most of its greenhouse
gas emissions. Clean technologies are the future
for Europe's economy. Launch of Road Map on 8

Commission adopts a plan for saving more energy
through specific measures. Energy efficiency is a
key tool for strengthening Europe's
competitiveness and reduces energy dependence,
while decreasing the level of emissions.

European Personnel Selection Office launches 2011
'AD' selection procedure for EU Officials On 16
March 2011, the European Personnel Selection
Office (EPSO) will launch the latest of the new
improved EU Careers selection procedures to
identify 'AD' Administrator EU Officials. This
year, for the first time, students in their final
year of undergraduate study can apply, and the
first phase 'reasoning tests' can be taken in any
of the 23 EU languages.
