4Now Lets Play in PowerPoint
- Click esc to get the PowerPoint to edit mode.
- Copy your bar graph from Microsoft Excel by
holding down ctrl, clicking the mouse on the
graph, and click copy.
- Delete the text on the slide and paste your graph
by holding down ctrl, clicking the mouse, then
click paste. - Point the mouse where you want to type and click
to answer each question.

6Creating a Circle Graph
- On the next page, use your data to create a pie
chart like the chart on the right. - Double click on the blank bar graph and enter the
data into the spreadsheet. - When your data is entered, click graph then
quit and return to learning activity. - Finally, compare and contrast bar graphs and
circle graphs by answering the questions.
