• Reports requiring clarifications/corrections are
  sent back to the country coordinator
• This process goes on till the report is finalised
• Final report is sent to the country coordinator
  for approval
• After the the country coordinator agrees, the
  report is uploaded on the web portal which
  generates scores and colour codes

Generating report card

• Final step without which assessment remains
  incomplete.
• A timeline for assessment will be decided
• RCO will be available through email and phone to
  clarify any queries. Responses will be prompt and
  online.
