Mission statement Electronic reporting in the
context of COMPRIS
  • Electronic (Cross Border) reportingis a method
    for the international exchange of information
    about voyages and cargo in inland navigation via
    electronic means (e.g. Internet) based on
    established message standards (e.g. EDIFACT,
    XML).
  • Electronic (Cross Border) reportingsignificantly
    contributes to the efficient fulfilment of
    reporting duties in inland navigation.

Directive
  • Article 4, par. 3c
  • enable the competent authorities to receive
    electronic ship reports on the voyage and cargo
    data of ships. In cross-border transport, this
    information shall be transmitted to the competent
