  New Manager Trainee Program. As a participant,
  you will have the opportunity to join a growing
  Fortune 500 industry leader. This program will
  allow you opportunity to grow and develop
• your managerial and leadership skills,
• operations and logistic knowledge,
• project management, marketing, accounting and
  operations knowledge and
• on-the-job training rotating through the key
  functions of the business.
• A select number of participants will be chosen to
  join the Allied Waste New Manager Trainee
  Program. Qualifications include
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated work experience and leadership
  ability
• Strong communication and creative
  problem-solving skills
• If you are self motivated with a desire to
  execute and are interested in creating a

• The Intern program will provide a challenging
  experience allowing significant contributions to
