necessary characteristics of the Christian. While
there is certainly much more to being a
Christian, these are indispensable to the
building up of a Christian characteristic.

- Desire minus expectation is not hope
- Expectation minus desire is not hope

of God has been poured out in our hearts by the

For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is
seen is not hope for why does one still hope for
