- User Name is assigned to you
- 1st time, change to your own password
12Password Selection
- Minimum characters 6 alphanumeric characters
- Maximum characters 50 alphanumeric characters
- Passwords can not have special characters (i.e.
_at_ltgt. , ! ?) - It is a good idea to create the same password for
yourself in each of the SChoolPlan modules PRM,
DMM and SPELL

14Basic Functions
- Plan View Similar to Home Page. Every page has
the Plan View Icon at the top. The Plan View page
provides access to all of sections of the
program. - Support Displays a message directing the user to
contact their District Office Support Services. - Help Online help menu.
- Logout Logs the user out of the application.
15Timeout and Logout
- The session timeout for SChoolPlan PRM is 20
minutes, when a session timeout occurs, the
application - Will terminate all application windows
- Logs the user out of the SChoolPlan PRM tool
- You will have to log back in. Any work you had
done after hitting Save, will not be saved. - To leave the application you may choose Logout or
close your browser.

- In PRM, school users will only see the school
they are associated with - County and district users choose which district
and school they wish to view from the Plan View
page
19School Setup
- Used for SARC and SPSA
- Pre-populated with basic school information from
CDE - Schools enter data that CDE does not provide
- Upload school logo

- Identify if school is SAIT and/or PI

- Resize logo and save on computer desktop first
22User Setup
- Add new users and edit user data
- Account Managers have access to user setup
- Only Administrators can edit application
