- LLE allows to engrave a rotary trextile nickel
screen through laser polimerization of a
photosensitive emulsion.
3Decriptino of the engraving process
- Smearing of the screens with photosensitive
emulsion with double or simple squeege - Screen positioning in the machine with or without
ending rings - Screen engraving with LLE through laser
polimerization of the photosensitive emulsion - Screen washing in simple water
- Screen drying and ending polimerization at
180-190C
4LLE thechnical featuresengraving width
- LLE can engrave screens between 50 mm to 3500 mm
in all the raports between 640 mm and 1018 mm,
with the possibility of engraving with or without
ending rings.
5LLE technical features Laser technology
- LLE uses the most advanced laser technology. LLE
is arranged with a multi laser beam technology to
proportionally reduce the engraving time. The
monochromatic laser light do instantaneously
polymerize the emulsion creating the draw with
high resolution. -
6LLE technical features Resolution
- LLE can engrave with resolution between 508 dpi
and 2540 dpi. The size of the laser spot allows
to engrave with high resolution.
7LLE techincal featuresPlanning
- LLE is governed through touch screen directly on
the machine. The files can be transferred to the
machine through LAN. LLE works with different
software for the preparation and the variantation
of the drawings.

- LLE needs only 5 KW of electric power.
