Prepare and Get Ready
The new recruit enters their Goals in
the Scoreboard and the upline and the RVP will
receive an email with the reps goals. Rep gets
instant credit of 1,000.

The RVP, office manager, or sign- in
coordinator documents meeting attendance in
VBS for instant credit of 500 each up to a max of
5,000.

The rep receives 2,500 credit for each IBA as the
Recruiter. After getting promoted, the rep gets

the reps team.
Recruit credit occurs as IBAs are processed
by the home office.

Field Training Observation documented in VBS.
Once licensed, the rep gets 2,500 credit for all

Other Pre-Licensing Questions

• Do walk-ins get registration credit?
• No, but they can receive Attend Complete
  credit.
• Will a student who pre-registers attends class
  before IBA get credit?
• Yes, but they will receive credit only when the
  IBA has successfully processed.
• When is the cut off each month for credit?
• Credit is based on the production month, not the
  calendar month.
• Included if processed before month end close out.

The Impact of Promotions Transfers

• IBA recruit credit is given to the Recruiter
• And the hierarchy of the Recruiter when the IBA
  is processed
• Life Other Apps production credit is based upon
  the app date hierarchy!
• To be eligible for the bonus, uplines must
  override a rep on the day bonuses process
• Promote Rep to the same level as an upline
• And the upline no longer receives production
  credit on the promoted reps IBAs and apps.

• If you promote both a rep and his upline
• Promote the upline first
• The next day, promote the rep
• This order will avoid a pass-up and potential
  loss of recruit credit
• To transfer reps to newly promoted rep
• Remember to do the transfers the day after the
  promotion
• The system will identify all of the reps
  recruits and reps that had bypassed the newly
  promoted rep

  after a paper app is mailed or a Turbo App
  auto-submits to the home office
• Make sure you add the Trainee before month end
  bonuses (around the 8th of each month)
